This is a working draft built from how Vlahiskoi actually works today (accounts, the Market, Projects, Qasra, and the household board). The operating entity, platform fee, and governing jurisdiction are now all set — the remaining bracketed field (contact email) still needs a real value, and you (or a lawyer) should review the whole thing before it goes live — this isn't legal advice, just a structured starting point.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vlahiskoi — the app, this website, and all features within them, including the Market, Projects, Qasra, and the household board. By creating an account or using Vlahiskoi, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Vlahiskoi is operated by Vlahiskoi Ltd. ("Vlahiskoi," "we," "us"). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Vlahiskoi, and you must be at least the minimum age required in your country to use the service (13, or higher where local law requires it). If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Vlahiskoi with a parent or guardian's involvement.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
The Market lets users list and sell physical goods to other users. When you place an order, you're entering into a sale directly with the seller — Vlahiskoi provides the platform and payment processing, but individual sellers are responsible for accurately describing, packaging, and shipping their items.
Order details, shipping options, and pricing are shown at checkout before you pay. Once an order is placed, our Returns & Refunds policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds work.

We may remove listings or suspend selling privileges for accounts that violate these Terms, misrepresent items, or repeatedly fail to fulfil orders.
All payments on Vlahiskoi — both what buyers pay and what sellers are paid out — are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never stored on our own servers. Sellers are paid out through Stripe Connect to their own connected account.
Vlahiskoi charges a platform fee of 10% of the order total on completed Market sales, deducted automatically before payout. This fee applies across all shop types and categories unless we state a different rate for a specific category on the Market itself.
If we change this fee or introduce category-specific rates, we'll give sellers at least 15 days' notice before the change takes effect, in line with our obligations to business users under the UK Online Intermediation Services for Business Users Regulations 2020.
By using the Market, you also agree to Stripe's own terms of service, available at stripe.com/legal/connect-account.
You keep ownership of what you create and post — project pages, listings, photos, household announcements, and everything else. By posting it, you give Vlahiskoi a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it within the app and this website, solely to operate and improve the service.
You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the rights to post it (for example, photos you upload should be your own, or ones you have permission to use).
You agree not to:
Features like the household board, Projects, and the community network are meant for genuine, good-faith participation. Content submitted to shared spaces (incident reports, priorities, announcements) may be reviewed and, where flagged, moderated or removed. We may suspend access to community features for accounts that misuse them.
You can delete your account at any time — see Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (like payment records and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
Vlahiskoi is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular seller, listing, or piece of community content is accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Vlahiskoi isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for disputes between buyers and sellers on the Market beyond our stated Returns & Refunds policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your own country of residence entitle you to bring a claim there instead, and cannot be overridden by this clause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
