This policy explains what information Vlahiskoi ("Vlahiskoi," "we," "us") collects when you use our app and website — including the Market, Projects, Qasra, and household board features — why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies wherever this policy is linked from, including inside the app and on this site.

To use most features you create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. We (through our backend provider) store your email address, a securely hashed version of your password (we never see or store your password in plain text), and a display name if you set one.
These are things you actively add — we only collect them because you chose to add them:
When you buy something through the Market, we collect what's needed to fulfil the order: your name, email, shipping address, and the items and shipping method you chose. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor, Stripe, and are not stored on our own servers — see How we share it.
Photos you upload (project covers, gallery images, product photos) are stored in your own account-scoped storage folder and may include any metadata embedded in the image file itself (for example, the device or app that took it), unless your device strips that automatically.
Our backend and hosting providers log standard technical information needed to operate the service securely — such as IP address, timestamps, and basic request/error logs. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers or analytics SDKs in the app.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your data is stored on our backend provider's infrastructure with access controls that restrict most data to your own account (for example, only you can write to your own photo storage folder). We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, order and payment records for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes).
Vlahiskoi is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.
The app may link out to third-party sites or services we don't control (for example, a seller's external contact details). This policy doesn't cover those third parties — please review their own privacy policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
