Vlahiskoi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any other conduct that endangers a minor. This applies across every part of the app and everyone who uses it — no exceptions, and no warnings before removal.
This page describes the standards we hold ourselves to, how we work to prevent and detect abuse, how anyone can report a concern, and how we respond once something is reported.
We do not allow, and will act immediately to remove:
Violating accounts are removed. Where we're able to, we preserve evidence to support law enforcement action, and we report CSAM to the relevant authorities as required by law.
We build safeguards into the product itself, not just the policy:
We review reported content and accounts against this policy, and we use a combination of automated signals and human review to identify likely CSAE activity, including known-CSAM detection tooling where applicable to the type of content involved. Detection is layered with reporting from users — both matter, and neither replaces the other.
If you see something that concerns you, please report it right away:
You don't need to be the person directly affected to report something. If a child is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services first.
When a report or detection involves suspected CSAE, we:
We cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations investigating CSAE, consistent with applicable law. This includes responding to valid legal process and, where legally required or permitted, proactively reporting confirmed CSAM.
Our designated point of contact for CSAM prevention practices and compliance is our Trust & Safety team, reachable at safety@vlahiscoi.com. This contact is able to speak directly to how Vlahiskoi prevents, detects, and responds to CSAE, and to respond to inquiries from app-store platforms, regulators, or law enforcement on this topic.
If you're a parent, guardian, or young person looking for help or more information:
We may update this page as our practices evolve or as applicable law changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
